As part of this effort, recording technologies may be used in certain video, online, or telephone calls with members of our workforce. To that effect, we have prepared this policy (\u201cRecording Notice\u201d) to explain how we use these technologies and your choices. All such recordings and Personal Information collected or shared with us will be kept in accordance with and subject to our <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelerad.com\/en\/legal\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a><\/span> and this Recording Notice. \u201cPersonal Information\u201d is defined as any information that can be used to identify an individual.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9d7df6d elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"9d7df6d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"prose elementor-element elementor-element-e1d57b8 prose elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e1d57b8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Scope<\/h3><p>This Recording Notice shall apply to virtual phone and video calls, online web conferences or other communications which Intelerad participates in, hosts, and references this Recording Notice.<\/p><h3>Purpose<\/h3><p>Recording technologies may be used by Intelerad for any of the following purposes:<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>To ensure quality customer service;<\/li><li>Optimize Intelerad\u2019s sales efforts;<\/li><li>Facilitate communication with current, former, and prospective clients;<\/li><li>Customer\/user training;<\/li><li>Monitoring employee performance;<\/li><li>Business strategy; and<\/li><li>Quality assurance purposes.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>We may also use automated tools, such as machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI), solely for the purposes of analyzing and drawing analytics from call recordings (including automated notetaking, preparation of call summaries, etc.), and to derive insights to improve our sales initiatives.<\/p><h3>Recorded or Collected Information<\/h3><p>Recording tools may collect information including audio and video from calls and web conferences. Any information you choose to share during or as part of the recorded phone calls or web conferences may be collected. Nevertheless, you shall always retain your rights over your Personal Information as provided in our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelerad.com\/en\/legal\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a> (see section titled \u201cYour rights with regards to your Personal Information\u201d).<\/p><h3>Sharing of Call Recordings<\/h3><p>Intelerad\u2019s practices regarding use and sharing of data are provided in our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelerad.com\/en\/legal\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a> (see section titled \u201cWho has access to your Personal Information?\u201d). Nevertheless, although we only use call recordings for internal purposes, we may share them with Intelerad affiliates and services providers who provide our call recording and analysis tools. However, they will have access to your information only as reasonably necessary to perform services on our behalf. Furthermore, such service providers and affiliates are contractually bound to not disclose or use your information for any other purposes and shall maintain it under strict confidentiality.<\/p><h3>Your Rights and Choices<\/h3><p>In addition to your rights outlined in our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelerad.com\/en\/legal\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a> (see section titled \u201cYour rights with regards to your Personal Information\u201d) and applicable privacy legislation, you have the following rights with respect to the recordings:<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li><strong>Choice Rights:<\/strong> You have the right to choose whether you are recorded. If you have granted consent, you retain the right to withdraw such consent at any time during or after the call. If you wish to withdraw your consent during a call, please inform your call host immediately so the recording can stop, and the corresponding files or information you indicate can be disposed of. If you wish to withdraw your consent after a call, please contact your call host or contact Intelerad as provided in section 10 herein.<\/li><li><strong> Right to be Informed:<\/strong> Intelerad shall notify you before any call or web conference is recorded.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h3>Lawful Basis<\/h3><p>The lawful basis which we rely for recording calls, using the recordings and processing Personal Information are described in our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelerad.com\/en\/legal\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a> (see section titled \u201cThe lawful basis for processing your Personal Information\u201d). Before any recording, you will be prompted to either provide your consent by selection the option \u201cJoin Recorded Call\u201d or reject the recording by selecting the option \u201cJoin Call Without Recording\u201d or informing your call host.<\/p><h3>Retention<\/h3><p>Intelerad\u2019s practices with respect to retention of data and Personal Information are described in our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelerad.com\/en\/legal\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a> (see section titled \u201cHow Intelerad stores your Personal Information\u201d). For the avoidance of doubt, call recordings and metadata from the call will be retained solely for the minimum necessary time (as allowed and\/or required by applicable laws) and shall be securely deleted in accordance with Intelerad\u2019s data deletion policies.\u00a0<\/p><h3>Transfers of Data Across Borders<\/h3><p>Intelerad and its service providers who provide the call recording and analysis tools may process your information both inside and outside the United States. However, we rely on legally approved mechanisms to transfer data across borders in accordance with applicable legislation. Intelerad\u2019s practices regarding cross-border data transfers are fully described in our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelerad.com\/en\/legal\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a> (see sections titled \u201cTransfer of Personal Information across borders\u201d and \u201cEU-US Data Privacy Framework; the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework\u201d).<\/p><h3>Recording Notices Changes<\/h3><p>Intelerad reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Recording Notice at any time.
