Randall I. Oka, B.Sc., MBA

President & Chief Executive Officer

Randall Oka joined Intelerad as President & Chief Executive Officer in early 2000.  With his diverse background in Finance, Sales, Marketing, and General Management, he has successfully led Intelerad through its initial and formative years, while building the foundation for its future growth.  Under Randall’s leadership, Intelerad has gone from a start-up to a strong contender in a highly competitive industry.  Prior to joining Intelerad, he was the Vice President and General Manager of Masterfile Corporation.  Randall holds a B.Sc. in Finance from the University of New Orleans and a MBA from McGill University.

Christopher J. Henri, B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D.

Founder & Chief Technology Officer

Chris Henri is a Medical Physicist and one of the three founders of Intelerad. In 1995, Chris entered the world of PACS when he returned to McGill University to work at the Montreal General Hospital as an Assistant Professor in Diagnostic Radiology and Medical Physics. It was there that Chris and Bob Cox met and stumbled into the world of PACS. Chris balanced academic endeavors with the PACS project and together with his team, published and presented their work. As Intelerad’s Chief Technology Officer, Chris is actively involved in sales and solution design processes.

Robert D. Cox, B.Eng.

Founder & Chief Information Officer

Bob Cox is one of the co-founders of Intelerad, and holds a tremendous amount of experience in computer engineering, systems administration, and electronics. In 1995, Bob joined co-founder Chris Henri at the Montreal General Hospital where they designed, developed and implemented a large-scale filmless PACS that was one of the first in Canada. As Chief Information Officer, Bob is responsible for overseeing all deployment and integration at Intelerad.

Richard K. Rubin, B.Eng., M.Eng., MBA

Founder & Chief Engineering Officer

Rick Rubin is the third Intelerad co-founder. Before Intelerad, he worked as a Medical Systems Engineer at the Montreal General Hospital, teaming up with Chris Henri and Bob Cox on the filmless PACS project. As a result of this highly successful collaboration, Rick, Bob and Chris decided to enter the world of commercial PACS, and in August of 1999 they formed Intelerad. As Chief Engineering Officer, Rick is responsible for product design and management of the Research and Development team.

Anibal Jodorcovsky, B.Eng.

Chief Customer Officer

Anibal Jodorcovsky earned his degree in electrical engineering from McGill University where he met Bob Cox and Rick Rubin. In 2001, Anibal joined Intelerad as Vice President of Product Development, bringing with him expertise gained at Nortel Networks as a Software Design Engineer, and at Speechworks International as a Project Manager and Senior Software Developer. In 2006, Anibal became the Executive Vice President of Quality Systems responsible for maintaining Intelerad’s high quality solutions and interoperability with industry standards. Recently, Anibal was appointed Chief Customer Officer. In his current role, Anibal is responsible for all client relationship activities in the Support and Account Management departments.

Todd Davis, MBA

Chief Clinical Systems Officer

Todd Davis received an MBA from Dalhousie University in 1996, and founded Unicus Medical Systems in 1998. Over the years, Unicus developed a strong customer base of over 100 locations utilizing its Image Flow RIS and shared many clients with Intelerad. Our shared client base, shared values and the strength of the Image Flow RIS led to our desire for a closer association with Todd and his team. As Chief Clinical Systems Officer, Todd is responsible for the product design and management of Intelerad's RIS solutions.

Robert T. Hoffman

Vice President, USA Sales

Bob Hoffman joined Intelerad in May of 2007 and was tasked to exponentially grow the company’s market share in the United States. Bob is an industry veteran, having held senior sales management and marketing positions with several leading healthcare IT / PACS companies over the course of more than 25 years. He is based at Intelerad’s USA regional office in Denver, Colorado.

Helene Gey

Vice-President of Marketing

Helene Gey has over 17 years of experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies for high-technology companies. Helene joined Intelerad in 2010, taking on the responsibility of Intelerad’s worldwide marketing efforts. She will be focusing on re-enforcing Intelerad’s leadership in the PACS market as well as generating new business opportunities. After obtaining a Masters degree in Marketing and Business Administration, and a “European-woman entrepreneur” award as founder of her security software services company, Helene has spent the last twelve years holding senior product and corporate marketing positions in the software industry.

Me Stephanie Levert, MBA

General Counsel

Stephanie is an attorney who has practiced law in the IT world for over 13 years before joining Intelerad in 2011, where she is responsible for the company’s legal affairs and in raising and mitigating legal business risks. Part of Stephanie’s experience before joining Intelerad was as business engineering director at CGI and as a lawyer in the fields of outsourcing, as well as being director of legal affairs in other IT companies. Stephanie graduated from the University of Montreal Law School in 1992 and got an MBA from the HEC (Business School) in 1999.
