We employ a highly successful "train the trainer" approach for transferring new product skills and knowledge. Intelerad provides on-site training during the initial installation period and for significant upgrades involving new product features. Convenient remote training is also available, and is especially useful for administering a refresher course. IntelePACS Basic System Administration
A two-day course designed for PACS administrators that have a primarily clinical or clerical background. The course provides an introduction to PACS and networking concepts, IntelePACS applications, basic administration, and basic troubleshooting.

IntelePACS Advanced System Administration
A three-day course designed for technical PACS Administrators (IT background or moderate-heavy existing IntelePACS administration experience). The course covers advanced IntelePACS administration concepts, including image and order lifecycles, how to manage the system via IntelePACS Browser and the server console (Linux), and advanced troubleshooting.
